Xbox one won't finish installing Now tv app

I'm getting an error message when I try to use Now tv on the xbox one. It tells me that the app needs to finish installing and it won't work. It's in the list of My Apps. Any ideas?

Can you pelase let me know if you have uninstalled and reinstalled the app? 

You may also one to to try clearing the cache for your Xbox one. Please see these steps here.

Hi. Thanks for that. Have managed to re-install and it works. I just have a small issue in that it will only show me the films under a 12 rating. The others are shown as locked. I'm assuming the permissions need changing somewhere. Can you point me in the right direction.

@Anonymous User it's done based on your XBox profile so either you are logged in as one of your kids or you've set it to low for your own.
