Xbox One Entertainment Pass

My Xbox one has been unable to load any videos from the entertainment package. Whenever you click "watch this" it just reloads the options. Now TV advised I delete the app and then reinstall but unfortunately it hasn't helped. Any advice? I really want to watch game of thrones tonight 😭

Sorry to hear this.

Do you have any Parental controls or anti virus software activated on your Internet by your provider ?

If so can you disable these and try NOW TV again.

Also if you have a thing called Smart Setup on your router disable this too.

If you have them enabled your Internet provider would be able to advise, or even have a look on there website @Anonymous User
