Somethings not right?

I've been trying a week to watch nowtv on the Xbox and keeps saying somethings wrong. I have un installed and re installed unplugged everything turned bt smart set up off , even changed Xbox location all other apps are working fine! And the nowtv app will work on my phone. What else can I do?

Yes I have done a restart on the router and Xbox also reinstalled the app

There are many different ways of trying to fix it. But the only way it work for me after waiting 2 weeks and trying them everyday and talking to the people at now tv was to.. Sing out of my Xbox profile then formatting it and wiping everything off it! But your profile will be safe as long as you sign out!! It's working fine after I did this! I wasted 2 weeks before doing it! It takes a while but it works!
