Hi,
Updated xbox one tonight, I'm in preview programme, all games and apps work apart from now tv.
Tried power cycling etc no joy just keep getting same error.
I have just bought a 2nd xbox one but I've not even put in my now tv details onto that one yet.
Please help I was planning on using my sports pass

Hi Everyone,
Just to confirm, NOW TV isn't currently compatible with the new Xbox Experience, so if you're on the preview program, you won't be able to watch NOW TV on your Xbox One.
It will, however, work as soon as the new Xbox Experience is officially launched.

Remember your running a BETA version of the dashboard not the released version, so not everyone will have updated their app/game yet to be compatible.
Am sure the people at NOW TV will have it updated for when the new dash is released to the public in November.

Thanks for the response, I'm fully aware I'm running a BETA, this is why I
stated that fact.
I'm surely not the first person on this BETA to use the Nowtv app, yet I
was unable to find anything, specifically, related to the BETA and the app
BUT I can find plenty about "somethings not right"

I'm in the preview program and I'm having the exact same issue after updating to the new dash experience. Any ideas on what I can do to get the free weeks pass?

Do you have a friend who's not got the new dashboard? U could log into
theirs, but then I think you can only change, or have so many, connections
so often. I previously had an issue with changing what could log in to my
account and the Web chat were excellent and got me sorted so I didn't have
to wait(I think it was) a month.
Other than that I think your pretty much stuck and it needs to be done by
today.

Hi, I have updated my Xbox on the 13th and it has worked up to tonight giving me this issue too, so when does it go live then as I'm not in the preview program. When is there likely to be an update to the Xbox app?
