Something's not right.

Every time I try going into the app on my Xbox it constantly comes up with the message " we can't seem to get started at the moment " but offers no help or assistance as to why. I have paid for the service for a week but haven't been able to use it for two of those days. Help please ?!

Anyone going to help or you just going to waste my passes that I've paid for ? So disappointed with this service !!

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you've had issues with your Xbox. Apologies for the delay in replying. Can you try deleting the app and then re-installing for me please. Also try clearing the cache please.

 

Have you tried a wired connection? Or wireless again if you've using a wired connection. Let us know how you get on.
