So we can try to get to the bottom of this issue for you can you answer the below questions.
Can I check to see who your internet provider is ?
Do you have any firewalls/antivirus software active on your internet connection ?
Any DNS settings been altered or VPN'S active ?
Has your Xbox been modified in any way ?
