Now TV app keeps crashing on Xbox One

I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the Now TV app on my Xbox One every time I stop watching something.  The screen keeps coming up with a blank screen and undefined in thee corner and won't do anything else.

 

Is anyone else having the same problem and any ideas how to deal with it?

Have you tired on any other device to see whether our services acts the same way?

 

Does this happen when you're navigating through the channels/pages,  when you're watching something or trying to sign in? 

 

If possible, please take a screen shot of the screen and attach it to your next reply.

I was just wondering if you have tried any steps to try and get your Xbox ONE working again ?

 

There are lots of steps that are mentioned in this post that have helped customers.

I had to close and remove app and then reload it that worked straight away
