Not loading the app on Xbox 1

Hi there,

 

Try doing a full reboot of the Xbox One using these instructions: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

If this has failed to resolve the issue, you could try clearing the persistent cache as follows:

 

  • Press the menu key of the controller.
  • Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray.
  • In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage".
  • Select "Clear persistent storage".
