NOW TV not working on XBOX one.

Hello all! I was wondering you if you could help me? I have been using the NOW TV app on my xbox one for a while, recentely deleted it as it was playing up, attempted to re install it and it installs but displays a message saying the app can not be loaded? I have cleared the cach on my xbox multipal times!

Any help would be appreciated! Many thanks

Sometimes a quick internet router reboot can help. Have you tried that? 😉

Your ISP isn't BT is it? There is a feature on BT routers, which is called something along the lines of 'smart setup' which in the past has been known to cause issues on Xbox one. If your ISP is BT you could try disabling this setting, then reset your router and try NowTV again

 

Also, if you're using Wi-Fi. Try using an ethernet connection. Instead. But I know that depending on where your Xbox one is in relation to your router. This may or may not be practical

this has nothing to do with this thread but i cant seem to make my own thread. NOWTV should really have live chat help. 

 

Anyways, my netflix is coming up with error code NW-1-19. i contacted netflix and they said it was a problem on your end saying it may have been blocked and unable to access. internet is working fine on everything else. put me in the right direction to post this or help me out please
