Isn't playing through xbox one but plays fine through xbox 360

Just bought a day pass for todays football matches via xbox one, activeted the pass via xbox one yet it won't play any sports channels!! Ended up using xbox 360 to watch now TV perfectly! why won't it work with xbox one?

No messages, just a loading screen when trying to watch live, then returns back to previous screen, tried 6 times to watch, then had to quickly hunt out old xbox 360 to watch... I'll try clearing the cache after the match on xbox one and see if I can at least get it to work.

Also, have you tried a quick reset of your router?Or even uninstalling and reinstalling the nowtv app?

Are you getting any error messages? 

Maybe clearing the cache could help?
