I want my money back or does not work and says my TV is not compliant

I've just signed up to get a football game and still can't get it to work. The money has left my account but saying my TV is not compliant. There is no number to call and now where to get a refund. Don't need it sotting we are 10 minutes in to the game so not paying can someone supply a number
