Greys anatomy

Some seasons will play but won't let me select 9/10.  As I scroll down it I get to season 8 but the kicks me back to season 1. It Works fine on the iPad but not on my Xbox one.

 

anyone help?? URGENT

Thanks for posting.

 

Can you let us know where you are loading this from? if you go to Entertainment > channels > Sky Living you should see all season from there. You'll also see if it you load it form ABC studios also under the channels section. Let us know if it happens on both.
