Entertainment pass

So i downloaded NOW TV on my xbox and then as directed went onto the website and set up a pass etc. Now on the website it shows that i have an entertainment pass but on the xbox it keeps telling me to buy one. It's definetly signed into the correct account. I've also restarted xbox, signed out and in, uninstalled and reinstalled.

 

Just keeps telling me to buy a pass, i just want to watch GOT!!!

Welcome to the forum.

 

Did you know you had an entertainment pass on your account? So just to double check, go to your My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes and make sure there is an active ents pass / trial on your account. Then go to http://account.nowtv.com/account-details to check your username and make sure this is definitely the username you are using on your Xbox.
