Hi,
I have 3 devices registered (can add another 1st Aug) but i am getting an error message when trying to play movies on my XboxOne - even though that device is still listed as one of my registered devices on the account??
Annoying, can anyone help?

I have noticed on the forum that a few people have come across this error 6003 when they haven't reached their four device limit, firstly i would try rebooting your xbox.
If that doesn't work, i would jump over to nowtv live chat (link below) and explain to them what's happened and they should be able to reset your xbox device slot.
BTW - Live chat closes at Midnight and Re opens at 8.00am.

Thanks for your help, I tried rebooting the xbox but it didn't work, nor did signing in again. I'll try the live chat thing in the morning but for now I'll have to watch GoT on my laptop. Grrrr. Stupid Now Tv lol
