Can no longer sign in on the Xbox one app?

I used to be signed in and everything was working fine until about a week ago, I opened the app and wasn't signed in no more. Now when I try to log in it reads ' give it a moment, or check nowtv.com/status for updates'. But it works on my iPhone and iPad. How do I fix this?

Yes I've deleted and re-installed the app a couple of times?

I'm not happy with now tv customer support to be honest, they've offered no help and will leave me no choice but to unsubscribe from there services.

Do you also get an error code when you're trying to sign in? 

Can you uninstall the app, delete any game data for NOW TV app and re-install the app?

I'm having the same problems. Since I agreed to an update last week it just won't load. Wanna watch the footy while I'm off sick as can't do much else but just can't log in. Please help!!!

Yes I have deleted the app and reinstalled it about 5 times now. How can I make sure I have deleted all game data for now tv, there's no option to do that?
And there is no error code, all that happens is it says in red underneath your password entry ' give it a moment, or check nowtv.com/status for updates. '

Yes I still have this issue. All you've told me to do is reinstall it? Which I've done about 5 times. It works on on all my other devices but I only watched it on my Xbox. There is no error code it just comes up with that message that's on the photos I sent you.

The issues above are from 2015 and they have all been resolved.

 

Can I just check to make sure that you are currently within the UK, not using any VPN software or altered DNS settings ?
