Star Wars: Rebels not available

We recently took the free 14 day cinema pass, and have been unable to access Star Wars rebels, other than a hand full of episodes that come up in the search. Can you confirm if this is an error and if so what actions you are taking to rectify it?

Rebels 1 & 2 are there but the search feature is hopless. If you browse by category there is a special one just for everything Star Wars where you'll find all the movies, series etc.

 

I even tried searching from the box and website and it wouldnt find them, it appears the : breaks the search results if ommitted. (E.G. searching "star wars" got me nothing but searching "star wars:" got me results, although still incomplete).
