Now TV keeps buffering

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue? I am currently subscribed to the entertainment package, I am streaming using a PS4 wired directly into my super hub. I am constantly getting the coloured circles spinning around on the screen as the programme I am watching is buffering?? How can this be? I have just performed a download speed test and it came back as 22.7 Mbps. I have tried restarting my PS4, restarting the router and re installing now tv on my system and it doesn't make the blindest bit of difference. Can someone help? Is there something wrong at your end? It has been doing this since I subscribed? I have had Netflix also for the last 2 years and it has not done this once.

Thank you for getting in touch, very sorry to hear this. Can you try clearing the NOW TV game data for us please. Also try a reboot of your console. I know you have a good speed but can you also try rebooting your router, out of interest can you try it on the wi-fi. 

 

Is this happening on all content also?
