My now TV black box keeps buffering

Hi!

I have in the last few days bought a now tv black box from Argos.

Since getting this every time I try to watch a film (this happens on them all)

It keeps buffering constantly! It takes nearly a extra hour than it should to watch the full movie.

I have tried everything I see on your community pages to try and get it to work and nothing's working!

I don't have the option to use a Ethernet cable to connect the device straight to the router, as the box is upstairs and my wifi hub is downstairs (directly below me also)

After what it cost for this box I didn't expect this poor service.

Have you any ideas of how to help me?

Like I said I have tried everything I've seen as solutions and have a brilliant internet speed and never had an issue with virgins wifi so that can't be the issue.

Really hope somebody can help me resolve this

Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you're having issues with the new NOW TV box. If you can only use a wireless connection can you try having no other devices using the wi-fi including any phones.

 

You can also try rebooting your router and or trying a hard reset on your box which can sometimes help even on the 2nd/3rd go. Let us know how you get on.
