I can't get Now TV on? It's just playing music ??

Welcome to the forum.

Can you explain in a bit more detail what's happening? 

Is it your Xbox that you are trying to watch on?

Are you you opening the NOW TV app on your Xbox and then it's playing music? By music do you mean the soundtrack to the programme/film you are watching?

If if its only the soundtrack you are hearing but the screen is purple try tuning off your Xbox and TV, removing the HDMI cable from both Xbox and TV and reconnecting, then try playing something again.

Hi Andy, thank you, it was bit weird - like radio without any talking, Not Xbox just TV, but I unplugged everything and when I plugged it all back in it started working Fine. Thanks again
