Jumping

Got now tv today. Trying to watch a programme on entertainment package. The screen jeeps jumping especially when the camera moves.

Thanks for posting.

 

Can we ask you to check if your TV has any kind of Motion smoothing settings enabled under settings, depending on the make it might be called something like "Tru Motion" - we find that this can interfere with the frame rate during fast action.

 

Let us know how you get on with that.
