Issues Now TV box internet connection and buffering

Hi

looking for some help: This is my second Now TV box and still having the same issues with not being able to connect to the internet (even though it’s telling me I’m connected and the signal strength is excellent). There is no issue with my internet speed or connection as the smart apps on my tv work fine, Now tv works fine on my tablet so it seems isolated to the box. I have even connected via an Ethernet cable and still having issues with connectivity and buffering. I have paid for the packages and feel very frustrated I can’t use them properly. Any ideas on what the issue could be? I’ve checked my internet speed and there are no issues. It’s interupting what I am watching constantly and have to keep going back out of the screen, going through the whole internet connection etc. Also sometimes when the programme has paused and come back on the picture quality is extremely poor
