10020 usually means your account isn't fully set up, eg you haven't entered payment details yet. You can sort that out by logging into your account on the website and it will prompt you to complete setup.
However if you can log in fine on your phone and can watch content on there, it's more likely that you are trying to log into your Xbox with a different username by mistake. On your phone app, look in the My Account screen and it should give you the username you are signed in with, make sure you use the same username to sign into your console.
