Downloading now tv on xbox360

When I try to install Now TV app on xbox360 I search for it in search apps and have tried to find it in browse apps but it simply doesn't appear. I am signed in to xbox live and have the latest xbox updates...what am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the forum.

Are you located in the UK? You've not using any means of making it look like you are in the US are you (eg VPNs or DNS proxies  to watch Netflix US) or made any other changes to make the Xbox think it is not located in the UK? If so these will prevent your Xbox finding the app.

Nope it's all standard..tried changing the locale to us and back to uk...and I did get different apps but still no Now TV.

Thats strange. You are definitely signed into Xbox Live right? Maybe sign out and back in again.

Failing that, Xbox Support might get you an answer quicker than the NOW TV Team can .... Pop onto the following page and click the Contact Us button at the bottom, then use the option for either the live chat or callback options.

Yeah I'm signed in I've restarted everything...will try the link thanks.

Turns out my xbox live profile was a US one - despite the fact I've always been in the UK and despite it saying I was in the UK...xbox suport sent me a link to transfer it and hey-presto! - but only after about one hour of to-ing and fro-ing trying different things.
