4008 error xbox 360

I use a xbox 360 to watch now Tv. I have had access to watch movies on for quite awhile now. I now want to add the entertainment option so that I can also watch TV series. When I try start a series it tells me that I need to start a trail. When I start the trial it gives me a 4008 error.

Welcome to the forum.

 

That error is likely to be a problem with your payment card, maybe it's expired for instance. On the website check your payment info at http://watch.nowtv.com/account/cardDetails and update that as necessary before trying again.
