now tv wont work on my laptop

i tried to watch the football on my laptop but it wont let me i keep getting this message

There's an error connecting, please try again in a few moments. can anyone please help or know what to do

Can't offer much advice sorry, apart from if you have a Windows 8 or 10 PC than there is a free dedicated NowTV app from the Microsoft App store which is more stable than using an internet browser.

 

Also, maybe try rebooting your Router.

my laptop has windows 7 and i have rebooted my router and that hasn't worked either

Would you be able to give us a bit more information on the browser that your using ?

 

Also do you have any antivirus/firewalls etc on your machine.

 

Is Silverlight upto date and enabled within your browser ?
