Hi.  I am having trouble navigating now tv? i have it through my broadband and the way the site is layed out is rubbish to me. i keep going round in circles. where are box sets? and how can i find the stuff i CAN actually watch without it showing me a heap of stuff, all of which it says i have to buy another kind off pass? it is really frustraiting me. my package says i have free channels and box sets but i cannot find them anywhere. somebody PLEASE help! 🙂

Welcome to the forum. It depends what device you want to watch NOW TV, most devices have an app that you need to use, there is also an app you can get from the Windows Store if you want to watch on Windows 8.1 or above. More details here
