Very frustrated

I have been trying for hours to get my android app to work on my phone, apparently my log in details are incorrect despite being able to log in through firefox with the same details, with help from 2 seperate advisors I still havent resolved the issue. I decided to use nowtv on my pc instead, logged in no issues... except now nothing will play and the loading circle just continues revolving and nothing happens. I just want to watch the content!!

 

Please somebody help me because im very frustrated currently.

@octavia1 if you are using Firefox, on the left of the address bar might be a lego piece , click on this and Allow and Remember nowtv.com to run "Silverlight".
You then might need to refresh the page.
