'Somethings not right'

I have a toshiba laptop and downloaded now tv from the Windows App Store but every few minutes it comes up with this error message. Theres no problem with the wifi and I update my laptop when it tells me to do so. How do I fix this?

Thanks for your post.

That message can mean a number of things, Most common is if your using a shared internet connection such as a cooperate network/ Internet cafe or in student halls.

Mostly due to restrictions that the internet company may have imposed i.e they may block streaming services such as NOW TV so that other users of the internet don't suffer a major dip in speed due to users streaming.
