Silverlight issue

So I bought a skysports weekly pass to watch England India Test highlights and nowtv keeps giving me error saying my browser does not support silverlight even though I have freaking silverlight installed and updated ! I'm using Firefox latest version on windows 8.1 .

Welcome to the forum.

 

If your computer is running Windows 8.1 the recommended route is to install the dedicated NOW TV app from the Windows Store and use this to watch rather than a browser, that way you don't need to mess around with Silverlight.

im having the same issue, it was working fine until sunday using firefox, now its not.

also the now tv app on a windows pc or laptop is very unrealiable and crashes constantly

the only thing i think off is its down to the recent firefox update.

try using internet explorer or opera as thats what im going to do.
