Audio Sync Issues

Hi All

On a similar note

I have only been on Now TV  for a couple of weeks and the video lag on the system in my current location is massive, I would guess I have witnessed greater than 30 seconds on a number of occasions over the last 24 hours whilst watching the Rugby and Cricket. I am runnung Windows 10 on a Surface Pro. I have tried both Explorer and Firefox with no differance, I also checked Silverlight against another video sharing site and all was OK.

The funny thing is my current location has download speeds of 11 Mb/s where as in my home where I have normally used it I would thow a party for these speeds obtaining 4Mb/s if I am I am lucky. But the Grand Prix, Cricket and Rugby last weekend was perfect on the same equipment.

Hope this assists and that I can have some idea of how to resolve the issue.

In order to aid escalation of @Anonymous User's issue. Can this post be moved out of the forums Samsung TV sub-section and into the forums dedicated Windows PCs & Laptops sub-section please?

If you are running Windows 10 why don't you use the NOW TV App ?

It gives you a far better user experience and also better picture quality.
