Program listings: ideas for improvement

1. I suggest that each series be provided with an outline of the show/series concept

 

2. I suggest that each episode listed include full outline of the plot and not just an incomplete line or two ending with " ..." Midway through a word or sentence

 

3. I suggest that each episode listing include the "last broadcast" time and date

 

4. I suggest that each series include a facility to auto add it's broadcast dates and times to the device calendar 

 

5. I suggest that where full series box sets are unavailable, the information is provided in the series listing (e.g the blacklist, series 3, should include a warning: "all episodes in the current series following  episode 8 not available")

I more or less agree with all points, except for point 2.

 

I do not want any info about the plot of any episode - Spoilers!

 

Once I've committed to a show, I will watch it.

 

I don't need or want to be teased with information that will ruin any surprise.

 

If this were implemented, it should be off by default with a toggle for those that want it.
