Problems again with the picture and sound going out of sync

This is not the first time of this and i still cant seem to solve it and it only happens at what i would class as peak times, im using a laptop and Mozilla firefox.

Hi, I am having problems with the picture and sound syncing when watching on my laptop. Its ok for a few seconds then the picture starts to fall behind the sound. Very frustrating, will prob not bother with now tv anymore unless this issue can be sorted! Can anyone help, thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered with your PC. 

 

Can you please let us know if exiting and re-entering the stream helps? Do you experience this issue on any other device? 

 

You may want to try turning your router on and off and let us know how you get on?
