PC already in use

This is very frustrating.  We use a pc to watch NOW tv.  This was working fine until the 12 June 2017.  There seems to have been an update and now we cannot use the same pc to watch NOW tv.  I keep getting the message that I have used my maximum devices. 

 

Please could someone advise on how to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Sounds like the latest update on your PC has some how effected your 4no maximum allowed devices.

 

If you contact nowtv Live Chat on the link below and explain to them what's happened, hopefully they will free up a device slot for you.
