Hello, So I just came on my computer today to try and watch a program and it says "http://prntscr.com/cmm7xe" (image) and then I goto manage devices and it shows as follow.. "http://prntscr.com/cmm8b5" (image). So the device is their but it says it isn't, I don't quite understand that.. Solutions?
If you have Windows 8 (or higher) installed on your computer, the best way to view the NOW TV service is by installing the NOW TV Windows app. If you haven't already done-so 😉
If your device limits have been exceeded, I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility and explain your situation to them... They're usually pretty quick at resolving such things.
Alright thanks, I posted this because I couldn't find a "live chat" option anywhere. I don't have NowTV downloaded on my PC but I'll go get that now, Thankyou very much.
NOTE: it didnt seem to fix it... I'll goto the live chat and contact staff
