I'm having the same issues. The video is also stopping and crashing. For the money I've paid, it's completely unacceptable.

I did this as a reply to a previous forum post but it didn't work...

Yet another issue with your website. Please resolve it.

The NowTv Player is very poor quality. The audio cuts off with the video playing and is very jumpy so I'm missing key parts of the programs I'm watching. Sometimes the audio continues while the video freezes.
