I have the Entertainment pass.
When I select a show, my computer screen displays a still of the show and a play button but when I click on the play button nothing happens. This happens for multiple shows.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like the app hasn't been installed, or the system can't find it. If you go to the following help page
https://help.nowtv.com/article/watching-now-tv-on-windows
you'll see a green help tip half way down with a direct link to download the app - install that and then restart your browser and try playing something again.
