No sound on Windows 10 app

Hi

I've just installed the Now TV app on my Windows 10 laptop and while its playing video just fine, there is no sound. I've tried playing several shows and movies and its the same for all.

Every other app (both desktop and modern) outputs sound normally. Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear your having some issues.

Do you have any external display devices attached to your Laptop ? or just using the laptop screen ?

If you can also let us know the make and model of your laptop and any graphics card installed.

me too this started tuesday it worked fine till this happend i carnt use explorer theres ,no  picture on now tv.

i use  gigabyte p15 lab top with Geforce gtx

theres no problem sound wise on my games AOK.

all updates are up to date.

i have tryed firefox the same explorer uninstalled reinstalled still the same no sound ever thing on my comp sound wise is ok

if this gos on i will leave wasted 2 days now with no sound.

Do you get the same issue on the NOW TV App ?

This is available on Windows 8 and above.
