NOW TV APP Windows 10 freezing.

I've installed the app as I could not get the player to work. Unfortunately the app periodically freezes for about 2 seconds every 10 minutes or so which makes watching live sport pretty frustrating. Is this a known issue?

Hi Welcome to the fourm, have you installed the new player ?

 this should help with any buffering issues you experience.

Hi Nadine, yes I have downloaded the new player. All I get is an 'Entry point not found error' when trying to start it. I installed the app as suggested by customer help.

I don't have a buffering issue, the picture freezes periodically.
