One of the reasons I'm subscribing to Sky Sports on Now TV is to be able to have the weekends NFL matches on my secondary display while I'm playing some game. Unfortunately there are a few big performance issues when I do this.
I have two displays, an ultrawide (21:9) 75Hz primary and a regular wide (16:9) 60Hz secondary. My primary also use FreeSync for smoother gaming. The only way I can make NowTV work while playing a game is to force my primary to 60Hz and make sure that there are no other apps, windows or other running on my primary display. Even then the performance suffers from time to time.
If I don't do the above the NowTV stream stutters to the extent it's unviewable and the game on the primary lags similarly, dropping to single digit frame rates.
I suspect it's the Cisco piracy protection messing everything up. It would be great if this could be fixed, thank you!
