So I've tried to watch NowTV on my laptop and I have four devices registered. However, although my laptop I am trying to use is registered with the account it won't let me watch anything saying I have reached my device limit. So my laptop is on the registered list but I can't use it. I have moved since adding the laptop  but that shouldn't affect it. Any help?

Welcome to the forum. It's possible a recent update on your laptop has caused the system to think it is a new device. You'll need to delete it from your device list and either wait for tomorrow (start of a new month) when it should let you add the laptop as a new device or if you need to watch something tonight you can try having a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.

I have granted you additional changes on your account for this month.

You will need to remove the current PC from your devices and then when you stat to view it will add it again for you.
