I cant seem to add any devices, and current have no devices registered.

live chat should be able to sort this out for you

 

I've chat is available until midnight to get to live chat click here. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click "contact us" and then click "live chat" please note, you should really use a desktop PC, laptop PC or Mac to access live chat a mobile device is not guaranteed to work.
