Device Management... Used up all devices...?

So, i have downloaded now tv to my laptop to watch live tv, and its telling me I have used up all my device space, and that I have already swapped my allowed for this month... 

however I have went on to check and I have one free space... 

I actually have two, but one I have had since the 6th of this month, the other I cleared last night, but that one does say its locked until next month, but the other space says "Simply watch NOW TV on a device to automatically add it to this list." indicating its free to use now....

 

Why wont it let me use the clear space????

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you've reached your device limit. If you've watched on four different devices in the past then the device limit rules kick in, where you can now only add one new device a month, even if you delete several to free up space.

Have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.
