Device Limit Reached

after watching one movie on the ps3 app I went to bedroom to watch another for it to say devcice limit reached, went back to the ps3 and it's saying the same thing, checked in the device manager and it's saying no device are attched to this account

sorted on the pc, i'll check the ps3 soon, i'll edit this post with further deatils

EDIT: yeah ps3 is fine now, thank you very much

Pretty much same issue - signed up and added my PS3 and Xbox, but am now getting the device limit reached message, even though there are 2 empty slots in My Account/Manage Devices?
