Add new device next month?

Hi, I have had a message pop up when I am trying to watch a movie via chrome cast from my iPhone to my TV which says sorry you have reached the maximum number of new devices you will be able to add new device next month... This isn't a new device and I'm not happy I will have to wait a month before watching something I am paying for! My account only shows 3 devices, please help!
