purchased a sports weeks pass last week technical problems buffing all time had loads problems emailed now tv heard nothing back got in touch with my internet provider waas fine my end was error your end very unhappy customer paid for weeks pass couldnt watch anything

hello,
i am also experiencing problems, though I have just purchased the day pass to watch the Rugby Championship- service status in the forum states issues on now apple devices but I am using the windows 10 app and tried troubleshooting where I can to no avail.
even more frustrating there is not an error code to justify what the issue is, so whilst this is happening I'm missing the second half of oz v nz
someone please provide some sort of update

Are you connected via WIFI or a cabled connection to the Internet ?

bought a entertainment three month pass, the kids, movie and sports have all ended but entertainment will continue for another two months. the problem is my payment details are not recognized although i have subscibed. it is not going through. should the movie, kids and sports passes continue for another two months because i did buy a three months pass

Welcome to the forum. The passes are all separate products so if you have a 3 month entertainment pass (eg the ones that come with a NOW TV box) then it will only give you entertainment for 3 months, if you want the other passes you'd need to buy those separately. With regards your payment details not being recognised might be best to have a word with live chat and see if they can help with that.
