days pass not activating

just paid for a days sports pass at 7 pounds and when i click on the game i want to watch nothing happens its not activating

Error 4010 on the NowTV box means voucher code not valid.

If you go to the NowTV website with your internet browser under My Account > My Passes does it show that you have a sports pass ready to activate or is there a green "apply voucher button" next to the sports pass ?

transcript of the chat room conversation with Esther at Now

Is there a green coloured "apply voucher button" next to the sports pass in your My Account > My Passes when going to the NowTV Website.

If so, try adding the voucher code again to your account.
