bought pass but wont work on TV

i have bout a sports pass to watch F1 quali this morning and payment has gone through, on account settings its saying its ready to activate, but i go onto my tv and its just giving me the option to pay, although it wont even let me pay again just keeps saying there is an error.  all payment details are correct.  and also i cannot for the life of me find how to actually contact nowtv it just keeps taking me in circles! can anyone help, am currently having to listen to quali which i could have stayed in bed rather than getting up at 5.30am!!!!!

Same problem have a new pass , will not accept code. Trying to watch F1 Qual.

I once got a one day sports that didn't work, help chat sorted it out buy giving me a replacement pass number, just remember that you must give them proof of payment and the non-working pass number.
