activation of account

I've bought a now TV box and have set everything up as I should. I have registered online, however when I'm trying to put my pass code in, it's asking me for payment details. I have put in my bank details (correctly, it's a visa debit and should be fine), but each time it's rejecting saying "payment not authorised). Please help!!

you need 30p in bank as now tv take it to check details they refund it day or 2 later this is usually the reason.

Please confirm the following: -

  • Are you accessing the NOW TV service from within the UK?
  • Do you have a UK registered 'credit' or 'debit' card?
