Welcome to the forum. Make sure you are entering it in the correct section on your My Account > My Passes page (ie click the apply a voucher link in the Sky Sports Week Pass section, not the day or month pass section)

and choose the option for live chat who can check the code for you.
Bear in mind the offer expires at the end of today so make sure you pop onto live chat today to get it sorted. Also, once you've applied a week sports pass to your account you can't apply another one until you finish watching the first one and it's expired. Which means you'll only be able to use one of your codes, you might want to find a friend to give the other one to.
