Unusable Service

Hello ,

I have spent the last two hours trying to enable video streaming on you day Sports Pass. I also foolishly signed up for Entertainment trial . I am using a compatible version of IE 11 and Silverlight (both verified working but not with your streaming service).

 

I want my order cancelled and my money refunded  immediately.

I shall  be contacting the consumer association of Ireland and consider a legal recourse if I am not satisifed with your response.

You might have more success if you actually contact NOW TV directly, this is just a forum and while NOW TV staff do respond on here, you will get a quicker reply using live chat on the website.
